Item not arrived for months

Hi all i have a quest here. I bidded and won with a low price for an item and paid on november last year. But until now its been few months still i don received. I contacted seller regarding this matter and she said just wait for the arrival. Now the transaction is closed and i cant even ask for refund. I texted the seller a few times ask to refund but no action at all. And my money just gone like tht without receiving anything. Current wasted energy wastes money wasted time wasted!

That is unfortunate however you only have 45 days from the time of purchase in which to open a dispute.

What to do if you don't receive an item or it doesn't match the seller's description

If you funded the transaction by credit card telephone the customer service number on the back of the card and ask to do a charge back.
