I purchased an item on Sept 16th, I have yet to receive this item. The seller said it must of got lost in transit and said they have sent a new one. (3 weeks ago). Today the seller says it must of got lost in transit and is sending a new one... when I specifically asked for a refund
I did not verify the paypal account when I purchased it therefore I can not dispute it through paypal...
My question is , what steps can I take at this point to get this handeled.
