Listings with calculated shipping

My international sales came to zero, I thought that high Can $ spook all my buyers but I started getting messages from buyers asking me cost for shipping. Today I checked all my listings with calculated shipping and they don't work to any country but Canada what in most cases is free. What can I do to call eBay support and wast my time?

When I log in using my US delivery address I see shipping stated for most listings.  There are some with no international shipping specified - you may have to go in and adjust them manually.

It works now, somehow dimensions were missing, lets figure they were older listing and were re-listed many times before without any problems.

If your Calculated Shipping dimensions don't match those needed for the service you choose, your customer will get an invoice with no shipping included.

Watch out for the International Packet option- this service does not even exist. You want either Light Packet or Small Packet (Air, natch.)
