My postal code is not recognized as valid. Trying to buy but it would calculate shipping costs.

When I press on calculate shipping costs on the bid I`ve placed, I get the error message

``Shipping cost cannot be calculated. Please enter a valid Postal Code``. I enter in my postal code in this format: A1A0B0 but it will not calculate the costs. I live in Canada and this is a Canadian postal code. Does anyone have any ideas?

Make sure you are hitting 0 and not O.

If you are in a new development, it is possible that your postal code is not yet indexed. That's pretty common. Use the postal code for your local municipal buildings (town hall). Because your postie can read the street address, the incorrect code will not slow things down by much.
