New GSP - on ebay my item shows it is delivered but not in my country

 I have purchased and item ( Motherboard) from eBay 1st time using global shipping Program, seller has provided me a tracking number which now shows the item has been delivered.. when i checked the destination of delivery it is in USA Erlanger.  what will be next i don't know... 

can some one tell me whats going here ...

That is normal.

With GSP, the seller ships to the distribution centre in Kentucky (tracking shows delivered to the centre) and the parcel will then be resent by Pitney Bowes from the distribution centre to you.

Allow a week or two.
