No matter what I do, I can't seem to provide an acceptable photo.

I've been trying to upload pictures by re-using stock photos that were acceptable previously, I have scanned the item as well as photographed the item without success. Usually, I get a 'pending' message...sometimes the picture uploads but is then rejected when I try to continue listing the item...I've tried jpegs and bmps, different sizes etc  and nothing works. I have been able to revise some of my other listings of smaller items but not this magazine sized one. What might I be doing wrong ? Thanks

Are you selling New or Used items ?

Stock photos can only be used for new items.

When selling used items you have to provide a photo of the actual item the buyer will receive.

The picture quality requirements are explained here.
