I had a buyer purchase 2 items from me, and both ship for free. Below is a copy and paste of the feedback she left for me...

Ummmm.... I am not sure, but if they both ship for FREE, and yes they were both combined in the same bubble envelope, so they received them together, then what sort of reduction is she looking for?

Not sure how to respond to this one...

Am I missing something here?

Just explain it.

Probably forgot that shipping was free. The buyer may also assume (correctly) that shipping was buried in the price of the merchandise and may have expected a further discount.
