Pay for Item Issue

There are times where I have some US customers telling me they can't pay for their item because Ebay says I don't ship to their location. I don't exclude any location especially in the USA or Canada, but it's a few customers who are being afftected. I'm not sure if it's my shipping preferences in MY EBAY or Turbo Lister. I've checked both and can't seem to find that I've excluded anybody.

I just looked at a couple of 'fun pucks' from among your 2500 listings.

Apparently you do not give shipping costs for Canada , USA, Britain or Sweden.

I checked Sweden because it is not specifically mentioned in the international choices, but is in Europe and plays hockey.

Groaning at the amount of work needed to check them all, but are your dimensions fitted to the standards for the postal service you have chosen?

Would it help to use Fixed Price as a quick fix?

Or Free Shipping to Canada and the USA? (You put the actual cost of shipping into the asking price, in case you are unclear on that.)
