Paying using another person's Paypal

I bought an item on eBay.  Then my husband bought the same item with different color and he paid using my Paypal account.  Now, I received my order  but my husband's order is not received.  My order and his order has the same shipment tracking number.  What shall I do?  Who do I contact, eBay or Seller? Please advise. Thanks

Start with the seller. Tell him that there were two orders and that you have only received one. Mention the colour you are missing.

If he is not helpful, go to the Resolution Centre (up in thetop right hand corner under Customer Support) and start an Item Not Recieved Dispute.

Great! Thanks! That's what I did, contact the seller. They were very helpful and told me the items were on the way.
