Paypal merchant fees

I was on paypal and a thing came up apply for lower fees ... I'm guessing because I do over 3k a month ...

So I tried to look up what I will pay now couldn't find it ..

Does anyone know what my new low fee will be ..

Why would paypal not opt me in right away...

I would assume that would work for all sales (ebay and non) once you have over $3000 a month you are eligible.  Someone who has actually breached that threshold might help you out better than I though.
