Paypal shipping/tracking info not showing for Canadian sales!

Anyone else have this trouble? Paypal shipping/tracking info not showing for Canadian sales on "Order Details" page. Sales to the U.S are fine, but for some reason the shipping details are missing on Canadian orders.

Hello Andrew,

I just checked my sold items to Canadians and the shipping information is there. I checked both on .com & .ca. I did have a problem sending invoices for overseas buyers...probably another bug in the system.

Items don't show as being shipped either unless I manually do it. ?????

aaaaaaaaanyways, i didn't even know what the heck you were talking about, so i went and tried it on both sites .com and .ca, and it works fine for me - its not a feature i use that much. must just be your settings buck-prolly all screwed up for god sakes-too much scotch...prolly from brushin' your teeth with whiskey every morning...B-) aaaaaaanyways, off to dinner at the casino/horse racing tracks...gonna go and win me some BUCKS

eBay Checkout
Merchant Website
or PayPal Send Money

I'm assuming eBay checkout, but want to be sure. 🙂

These are CA to CA account payments correct?

I spoke with some people and they stated that in some cases shipping/tracking info can take up to 24 hours to be visible. Are your older payments still not showing this?

Hello Eric. It is very inconsistent. Some older ones show the shipping/tracking info and some do not. None of my more recent ones show this info as yet.

Eric. I have printed two labels for Canadian buyers tonight. One showed tracking/shipping info immediatly, the other didn't and hasn't as yet.
