Problems with 10 cent Fixed Price listing sale

Has anyone else listed fixed price stuff today and not received the .10 rate?

Was there an eBay announcement about the 10c listing day somewhere? If so, can I get a link? Is it today only?

make sure you listed on ".ca" I fell into that trap with the ".99" promotion.

I can't list on .ca - I only list on .com. I've been paying 10c for everything I list today. I've yet to find any announcement as to WHY that's happening, but it's fine with me!

I listed on .com last night and had no problem.
