But first, how are you handling the buyer's request for a cancellation?
Be sure that when you cancel the sale, that you put the responsibility on the buyer for the cancellation, or you will get a defect.
As a new seller, this would mean spending even more time under the annoying 21 Day Hold on your payments.
You will be refunded any Final Selling Fees on the cancelled transaction.
But it will be as if the sale never happened and your listing timed out, so you will be paying for a new listing.
