The guy who was recently sued by Microsoft for breach of tradename by calling himself Mikerowesoft (or something like that - please don't sue me Microsoft, this is an honest mistake).

In any event, he is auctioning off the legal complaint filed by Microsoft...

Just goes to prove the age-old addage that everyone will get their 15 minutes of fame.

The end price is going down all the time! It was up over $100,000.00 a couple of days ago.

He's been interviewed on local radio and TV here a few times and sounds like a nice kid who honestly believed the site name would be OK because it IS his name and is spelled totally different from microsoft. Any profit he makes will go into the bank for his university tuition ... he says!
