Seller Trick - refund instead of re-ship on a non-profitable transaction.

 bought an item for buy now price of $3 ; then found same bid item (201011731498) and bought for .22 cents..same seller

the $3 one arrived but the .22c one never did; opened case and contacted seller;  seller offers refund or reship; i ask for re-ship as i want the item;

next thing i see is that paypal has closed the case because seller has issued a refund.

 this is not acceptable but no way to post it in resolution centre against that item#!!!'

obviously to me, seller sees it cheaper to refund the .22 and not take a loss on this transaction;

 without any tracking #, i'm not even sure it was ever shipped ... believe this to be a seller scam ... watchout for seller

 btw.. item still for sale in vendors store.

in this case the seller has done the correct thing. for .22 cents it isn't worth the PP aggravation.

move on to another seller.

You spent more in time at that rate just typing your post.
