Selling Manager Pro missing automatic feedbacks

About once a week, I catch up, and send feedback to the ones it misses. I can find no pattern to these at all. Anyone else having this problem?

I have noticed the odd one and posted the feedback myself when I shipped the orders.  This has only happened in about the past 2 weeks (that I have seen).
