Shipping Dispute - Who's right

The client is claiming for reimbursement of their shipping charges for product they purchased off Ebay.

Claim: We shipped to the wrong address

issue: the Ebay order confirmation listed their BILLING address.

The client changed this address on their pay pal invoice.

Question: should we be held responsible for shipping to the address indicated on the Ebay order confirmation, and not by the address indicated on the paypal receipt?

"off Ebay." is usually referred to on the Boards as an outside ebay transaction ?

PayPal Seller Protection requires that items must be shipped to the address on the Transaction Details Page.

Buyers can't win disputes over shipping and are required to keep their information current.
