Star Award Certificates - Where do I get them now?

Good morning!

Does anyone know where to get the reward certificates nowadays?

These were the 5" x 6" certificates that eBay sends to you when you reached Red, Green and shooting star levels of feedback.

They also sent a lapel pin of your star. I got my Green & Red certificates, but the web link that I had to punch in my address is no longer valid.

Any thoughts?

I never got a certificate nor lapel pin for reaching Green star, nor Silver Power seller and I think you will find that is the case for a lot of Sellers, especially for Cdn Power Sellers.

As its stands, we would all settle for better service.

Good morning! We received a certificate and a lapel pin for reaching green and red feedback stars.

However for shooting star (the one we were actually looking forward to) we have received nothing.

I remember the good old days, way back before ebay.ca the first time we hit silver powerseller status, we actually got a T-shirt. Ah the good old days.

American Power Sellers get lots of different items throughout the year, Canadians dont, yet we pay the same or higher fees.

eBay US wont ship to Canada any longer claiming that they are unable yet I rec'd a couple of PayPal T-Shirts 2-years ago from California.

I keep stating that we should have reduced fees for less service and fewer tokens of appreciation than our American counterparts receive. Additionally, eBay advertises on TV in the US prmoting eBay.com to American buyers but has only attempted TV advertising in BC over 2-years ago over a 1-month period (and it proved sucessful).

Once again:
Less service = less fees we should be charged.
Less advertising = less fees we should be charged.
Less perks = less fees that we should be charged.

Its time to make this a level playing field, just like it has been marketed!
