Has the seller opened an Unpaid Item Dispute? Go to Paypal and find the date & number name of the payment. Also insert the email/paypal name of the account. Sometimes the latter is wrong and the seller has not received the payment.
If the seller has not opened a Dispute, give him the same information directly through eBay Messages.
If the seller is new, selling in a highfraud/highvalue category, or is being monitored for poor performance, your payment may be being held against his performance for up to21 Days by Paypal. Contact the seller as above. Remind him that PP will release his shipping cost and that eBay gives him up to 7 days to ship and retain his Seller Protection.
