UPS with paypal Does not work?? HELP why ???

This is the situation
We are shipping items with U.P.S integrated with the paypal system. It keeps stating "The Ship To State or Province is not a valid state or province code. The Ship From State is not a valid state code."
WE called UPS our account with them is Canadian

Our address on the paypal system breaks down like this within the paypal system . For some reason it will not put BC on the same line

Have you queried PP? This UPS integration is fairly new, might still have bugs. The Canada Post integration still isn't bug-free.

Iy's exactly as I thought , it's the Province
If you add another ship from address , "another province"
It will work

I tried adding another address and still get the same error message.

Hi - I am in Nova Scotia and am having the same problem - getting the error message The ship from state is not a valid state code. I just called Paypal ( I was on hold for 25 minutes) and talked to the technical department. Their answer - The system is not working right now for our Canadian customers - our technicians are aware of the problem and are working on it now - we cannot give you a date for when it will be up and running.
