US & CDN Sales Reports - Accounting Question

With the new requirement of listing in CDN dollars on the ca site.  I am not sure how the accounting will be effected. The Ebay sales reports I download currently show my sales in US dollars as that is what I mainly sell. If I sell both CDN and US dollars will the reports separate or blend the two different currencies together.....or does one report need to be downloaded from the ca site and the other from the .com? Does anybody have any experience with this topic?

I am also trying to find the response to that. I personally plan to list in u.s. dollars on .com and when selling something that requires a shipping calculator I will list it on .ca in canadian dollar. I asked the question in one of the forums and someone there told me that their reports showed one amount in u.s. dollars. But hoping to get more confirmation .
