What happened to the "ask the seller a question" link?

What happened to the "ask the seller a question" link? It used to be on the right hand side with the "save this seller" and "see other items" links now it is gone. How are we to contact the seller of an item we're interested in for more info?

It is located way down the listing right after the description. The idea is for the buyer to have to browse down through the description and read the description before asking a question.

By the way, it has been below the description on ebay.com for a long time (almost 2 years). It has been like this on ebay.ca for a year or so.
