What if buyer does not respond to messages and hasn't left any feedback. Happened twice now.

I am a fairly new seller on ebay. The number of transactions and positive feedback are very important for me at this stage. I don't know what to do now that the last 2 items I sold did not get any feedback or response to my messages asking if everything is OK and requesting feedback.

Don't ask buyers if everything is okay. If there is something wrong, they'll let you know.

NEVER ask for feedback. It is voluntary. Some people leave it and some don't. Pester buyers about feedback could cause them to you a neg and you do not want that.
