What is a seller's claim

A seller has filed a claim against me. He offered to return my money I paid for his item in exchange I remove the negative evaluation I filed against him. I asked eBay to take a look at it, asking for my money back and he has filed a claim against me. What does this mean?

I can't understand why you left the seller a Negative feedback when

it is obvious that it your fault for not reading the listing.

This is the second time you have done that.

He filed a claim against you because you wrongly gave him two negatives. Bid on the auction description, NOT just the picture.

Looks like your account is under review by ebay. Good. Hope they take action against you.

While the seller should have pictured what you would get and not the misleading full roll, he does have "penny" (NOTE SINGULAR) three times in the listing. In the titleand  in the description .
