I bought a item and I got a tracking number, but it shows that it can not be identified on www.17track.net, and the seller status is not a registered user. What is it mean? Thank you!

It could mean the seller has deactivated their account. It has happened to me before, so I proceeded to   immediately  open a case in PayPal Resolution Centre, so you're covered if the item was never shipped or if you never end up receiving it. Safer than sorry. Do it NOW.

It might mean the seller deactivated his account but more likely he got the boot for fraudulent activity.

Never heard of your tracking site, but check the number of canadapost.ca. If it has arrived in Canada, it should be there.

If you cannot find any trace of the 'tracked' parcel, open the Dispute as chaldo suggests and say that the seller is NARU.

You should get a fast refund.
