E-Bay kept saying that starting July 2, 2012, all sellers will be able to add 12 free photos to most listings with enhanced features such as larger photos and zoom.
Well, it's now 5:17 A.M. EST (2:17 PST), and E-Bay is still showing the same old terms:
1 free photo and every other one @ 15 cents!
So when exactly does E-Bay start their day?
