When can you re-list an unpaid item.

It appears that someone has set up an eBay account specifically to disrupt eBay sellers that are auctioning tablets. Bidding is completed with no intention of making payment.

The case has been brought to the attention of eBay to recover the final value fees. When can the item be re-listed while eBay assess the situation.
