Where do you find tech assistance for stores in Help?

I still have not been able to load my new logo into my store. I contacted Live Help and they posted a link to Stores help but I didn't get it from that little tiny square before it was gone.

Also I stayed up all Tuesday night moving all of my copper rings into the same category to compete with other sellers' stores. I created 2 subcategories so I had to move all 700 rings out of the main category and then put them back in again along with the others from other categories. Then I had to move in all of those I had missed.

Now I have 780 rings in my store but when you do a search for copper ring and check the Matching stores on the left, it shows only 698 changing my placement in the Stores. Again, I contacted Live Help yesterday and they said they would look into it. Today there is no change.

I need to know where to contact someone who has some answers.....?......?:|
