Where is my package ?

This is my tracking number: RA478119145CN

This package is sent with China Air Mail. NOT EMS.
Can anyone check where my package is? 
I cant track my package because i cant enter their site.

Do a search for china post tracking. That will take you to a page where you can enter the tracking number.

you should also be able to enter the number in your own countries post office tracking page.

China Post has English language pages. They may have French as well.

Once the package reaches Belgium, the shipping number should show up in the Belgian Post Office website.

BUT

It is possible that the shipping number is just an invoice. This is not a problem for you.

If the package has not shown up after 30 to 40 days (don't panic!) open an Item Not Received dispute. PP will refund you if the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping,delivery) and go after the seller for the money.

If the item shows up after you have been refunded, you can repay it by using PP's Send Money function, because ethically, you cannot have both the item and the money.
