You are still a relatively new seller.
Paypal, as a Buyer Protection Policy, holds the customer's payment for 21 days (less for US sellers, sigh) for new sellers, for sellers in high value and high fraud categories, and for sellers with violations.
Check your My Account- Seller Dashboard. Some your Detailed Seller Ratings may be the reason your funds are being held. But it's probably just your newbie status.
