Hi all. Does anyone know if ebay will refund a buyer, who refuses to return an item, (a gripstand bowl). I have told her to return for a full refund. She will not pay return postage. She claims item was broken. She opened a dispute before telling me there was a problem, and she has left neg. FB. She has sent 9 messages through the resolution center, ranting, making all sorts of accusations. She also let slip, that she bought the exact same item from a seller in Australia, with no problems. Hmm. My bowl was wrapped in a piece of a quilt, in a strong box, it was sent from northern Nove Scotia to Halifax area, so it seems highly unlikely it would break, however, Canada Post, being what it is, who knows. Of course, Paypal is holding the funds until this is settled. Thanks for any input.
