Would anyone know where this Pitcher / Jug was made or can I.D. the Mark on the Bottom

Stands 6.5 inches tall, triangel or corner shape, ceramic.

Could almost pass as a bed urinal, perhaps it is!

Sorry this reply is so late, was just skimming through.  Maybe valve37 is correct.  A few years ago when I was in the U.K., although I'm not really into pottery per se, I love antiques  and when I was in London, I saw something so very similar and it was tagged as a urinal LOL!    Hopefully, by now you've got your answer.
