Any time that you reward unionized, uneducated, unskilled labor with exorbitant wages and benefits you are going to attract the worst of the worst as employees.  This is the result! You end up with dolts with a huge sense of entitlement and a complete lack of worry about consequences for poor behavior. Most instances like this the offender isn't even terminated as the union protects them. If they are terminated they are quietly hired back a little while down the road.
