buyer asks to send to a different address

A buyer asked for a purchase to be send to a different appartment within the same building as he has just moved, but upon printing the invoice his hold address says Montreal QC but his new address says Cote-St-Luc QC but the postal code and street number are the same.  I have sent him a request to clarify his address, but is it safe to ship to an uncomfirmed address when an Ebayer moves?  He has 35 transactions and 100% positive feedback

ask him to put his new address in paypal and then try re invoicing him.

Some people here in Ottawa still give their addresses as Kanata or Orleans, even though those cities disappeared over a decade ago.

And the Government building I work in is as often stated to be in Hull as in Gatineau, again a decade after amalgamation.

The postal code is what brings the parcel to his mailbox.

However, do ask that the buyer change the apartment number "so that I can print out an accurate shipping label from Paypal and prevent delivery error."

Always make it appear that the change will benefit the customer. Which this will, although it benefits you more.
