Who opened the Dispute and what was the reason for the Dispute?
If you are the seller and the buyer had paid, the Dispute closes automatically. Since the transaction is complete, you don't get any fees back.
If you are the seller and both or you have agreed on a Mutual Cancellation, when the buyer agrees you will get your fees back. Further if the buyer ignores the request, the MC will close eventually and you will get your fees back.
