for new sellers with lots of feed back 90 day wait to recieve your payment for items sold is not right what are you thinking

It is true that there may be high risk situations where PP may impose holds.

Where is the 90 coming from.

PS .you have 0 feedback as a seller and PP will apply a 90 day probation rule for the 21 day hold, as well as for other criteria, but funds are released at 21 days.

Other criteria such as..You have received fewer than 20 Detailed Seller Ratings on eBay in the last 12 months or your eBay seller performance is below standard

You've got your wires crossed. There is no 90 day hold and this is a member to member forum. No one from ebay is here so your "what were you thinking" is addressed to the wrong crowd.

21 days is the maximum hold told. Funds are usually released much sooner than that when delivery has been proven.
