how and when can i get refund, 7 weeks past now

I ordered the item 7weeks ago. contact seller about two weeks ago. seller replied and asked to wait a few more days or re-sent. for the past few days i keep contact them, but never got reply. i wish be refund.

The seller kept you waiting until he knew it was too late to file an ebay claim.

The only thing you can do now is file a credit card chargeback if you used a credit card.

If you did not use a credit card you are out of luck and the scammer has your money.

First lesson:  Never allow a replacement, it is even less likely to arrive than the original, if that was ever sent. Refunds only.

Second lesson: If you don't have a credit card attached to your Paypal account, do it now.
