If you have been accepting payments through Paypal, all your payments from Day One will be there.
However, since some buyers will not pay and some will pay with other services and there will be refunds etc., it is useful to set up a basic spreadsheet (I used Open Office ) and keep your own records.
My spreadsheet includes the title of the listing,where it was purchased, when it was purchased, when it was listed and how much I paid as well as the selling price, s&H, postage cost, and dates of sale and of shipping.
Because I sell books these are organized alphabetically by author, but DH uses his inventory numbers to organize items. Up to you, really.
