how do I add a shopping cart to my listings

I sell on ebay.ca. I have a international buyer that claims I have no shopping cart for my listings. Is there something that I need to configure?

No, there is nothing that you can configure. Some ebay sites such as .com and the UK site have shopping carts that are can only bee seen when they are looking  listings which have been done on that site.  The buyer can sign into ebay.ca, ebay australia or a few other sites to use a cart for your items.

Ebay.com and ebay.ca carts are not compatible, so .com disables the .ca cart. The mobile web browser and app version of ebay also disable add to cart. Solution is to have them log into ebay.ca, and if they are on a mobile device to use a mobile browser and click the "Classic Site" link at the bottom of the home page to force non-mobile version of the site to load. Enormously stupid work around as you might guess.
