How do i close my account. i have been shopping on ebay for a long time. guess i didn't read the fine print. if something is "delivered" but you don't receive it, tough luck. so all the tlak about protection is bogus in my opinion. no onus on ebay, paypal or the seller. no communication given if you don't receive an item.
i am totally disgusted with the whole process!!!
wish i had realized before i started shopping on ebay, that if items went missing, tha i would have to investigate on my own, i would have never started as i am not an investigator. $15 for shipping a small package and it's apparently dropped at my door!
