I have paid by paypal for my order, it has been shipped, and yet I get an email saying it's not paid for, and there's an unpaid item case opened. How do I get this closed?????
In the case, give the Paypal transaction number and the date of payment.
It is possible that there was an error in transcribing the seller's email/PP account name and while you paid, the seller did not actually receive the payment.
