I have paid for a item that has not arrived to my address that they had to send to, item was being shipped from a short distance and the seller has been very short and rude with me regarding the process after i paid for the item, i asked for a tracking number to prevent from such an issue and he refused to get one. He then made fun of my ebay account info. I have emailed him about the item and im yet to hear back from him.
And every time i try to open a case against him it says i can only do so if paying by pay pal, which i didnt do, i paid directly from my visa.
