how does a box break work

I just won a bid on a box break.i have never participated in a box break and don't know what I am supposed to do.seller is offering to send me a link and I don't know what a link is either or how to use it.i assume I get to watch seller breaking the box pack by pack but I am not sure.can someone tell me what a box break is and what actually happens when you bid on one.......thanks!

I don't know I have never participated in one.

However according to this thread Box Breaks are not permitted on eBay
