how to change shipping to another country after an item has been won

Recently bought an item from an individual in the USA, who's add stated that he only shipped to the states. Contacted the seller and asked if they would ship to Canada. The answer was yes. The problem now is my paypal will not let me pay for the item because my shipping address is in Canada. Any help would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks

You would have to ask the seller to allow your PayPal payment to go through. Your seller has blocked PayPal payments from outside the USA and would have to make am exception for you so that you could pay.
