Are items on ebay exactly as shown in pic..how can someone sell a leather jacket for $2.00 new without tags..Are chinese sizes really small  compared to canadian sizes, can i return the item...can i check the sellers history...what if item is nothing like picture......

Yes "Chinese Sizes" are a lot smaller than North American ones.

What to do if you don't receive an item or it doesn't match the seller's description

Hi, Chinese sizes are like XXXL is a size 10-12 US, unless they specifically say American or European sizes it is very hard even so specified does not mean they are true sizes only the European sizes are pretty correct a size 40 in Germany is a size 10 in Canada, a I have size 10 in Canada which is a size 44 in France and a size 46 in Italy.
