You can combine up to 40 purchases from different listings (eBay.com and/or eBay.ca) on one invoice simply by using the "Send Invoice" link from my eBay.

If you have more than 40 purchases from the same buyer, you will need to send two or more invoices. .

Yes that works for me but I forgot to mention, items have been paid for already..

You have to refund the orders for eBay to unmark them as paid. You can only combine unpaid orders.

You can't combine invoices of different currencies.
