Hello 'mh.514', 

Your item was delivered to Kentucky, - first - because you bought from a seller using the Global Shipping Program.  The item will then be opened, repackaged, and sent on to you here in Canada.  

It takes a while, -- buying GSP items is not the fastest way to get something.  But it will arrive.  

That "delivered to Kentucky" thing always makes new users uneasy because they are not expecting it.  

After Kentucky, most items are handed off to Canada Post for delivery, but it could be CanPar or some other courier depending on what the item is.

No matter, -- what is important is that your item is on its way and will arrive soon.  

All delivery systems (couriers and the post) have heavy volumes right now, but clearly your item is on its way.

It bypasses Customs at the border, because you have already paid the duty and sales tax.

On the other hand, since it was ordered after Nov. 27, it is not going to arrive before Christmas.

Mail order is not for late shoppers.

And WOW-- all those people who think Canada Post is slow should be looking at the time this parcel spent with FedEx.

From Dec 9 to 14 in Grove City, then Dec 14-16 in Indianapolis, before being delivered to Erlanger on the 17th.
