no payment received

Hey can somebody help me. I am a new ebay seller and I recently sold 2 items. Everything went smoothy, there payment said pending and that it will be paid to my paypal on a certain date. I have shipped the items the buyers are happy but now both items say nothing about payment other then I havn't received it and when I click and say have no receive payment it says the payment was refunded on both items. I never got any emails or anything about this. Can anybody help??

How recently was the sale.

Sounds like you were paid with an echeck

and the buyer cancelled the payment.

When paid with an echeck you don't ship till the money

is actually in your paypal account.

Probably what you should do is file Unpaid Item Disputes

for these item.

If you don't mind, can you take a screencap of your Paypal account (remove ALL personal information from the screencap with an image editing program) and show us the exact wordings on those transactions?
