Need print a shipping label with Paypal this morning and find out this error message all the time: ""PayPal Shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience".

Is it normal

This has happened to many of us. I believe that Bernie (of Xenalook) gave us the answer to fix this in most cases. The problem seems to happen when an address line exceeds 40 characters. Try to edit the shipping address so that there are 40 or fewer characters per line. Hopefully that will solve your problem. Good luck!

Are you saying that you edited the address and it still doesn't work? (Or that you couldn't edit the address?)

If making changes to address didn't work, you might want to reboot your computer and try again. (Or try from a different computer.) BTW, no quotes or other 'special' characters are in the address right? (Look at what they did to your subject.) I didn't have any trouble printing out a light packet label yesterday. Hope you have better luck this time!
