required to change my password everytime I try and access my ebay.

Can anyone help me try and diagnose the problem I'm having? Everytime I try and log into my ebay account I have to change my password just to access it. This is the 4th time in a row that this has happened.

Hi ff1711,

The first thing I would try is to clear your cache and reboot your computer. You may have a corrupt cookie.

If that doesn't fix you, check that your Flash is the latest version. eBay also uses Flash to "identify" you.

You may also be logging into ebay.com,ebay.ca ,ebay.uk etc. I encounter this every time and it is a piss off. I have items listed on all 3 sites. So its very frustrating to be asked to put my password in when I go to revise an item and I happen to be in .com and the item was listed in .ca.
